THe Nordic higher education network

WHAT

This website is the result of the exemplary cross-sectoral, cross-border project Interdisciplinary Teamwork Skills and Innovation Processes, funded by Nordplus Horizontal. Since its inception in 2014, the project partners have continuously developed and refined their approach, forming the Nordic Experts in Teams Network. Through ongoing experience-building and collaboration, the network continues to evolve, ensuring that best practices are shared and implemented effectively.

We hope this website will inspire you to introduce new courses across faculties to enhance students’ interdisciplinary teamwork skills.

The Experts in Teams method originates from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology and is continuously enriched by insights from educators and practitioners across the Nordic region.

WHY

However, they also highly value general competencies and behaviors that are essential for success in a constantly evolving job market.
